You can share your PlayStation Plus (PS Plus) subscription on your PS5 Pro with all accounts on your console or even with a friend on their PS5. Here's how to set it up:

For Sharing PS Plus on the Same PS5 Pro (All Accounts)
Log In to Your PS Plus Account

Log in to the account with the active PS Plus subscription.
Enable Console Sharing and Offline Play

Go to Settings - Users and Accounts - Other - Console Sharing and Offline Play.

If it’s not already enabled, select Enable.
This allows all accounts on this PS5 to use your PS Plus subscription, including online multiplayer, cloud saves, and free monthly games.
Log In with Another Account

Log out of your PS Plus account and log in with another user account on the same console.

The second account will now have access to PS Plus features.
For Sharing PS Plus with a Friend on Their PS5
Log In to Your Account on Their PS5

On your friend’s PS5, log in using your PS Plus account.
Enable Console Sharing and Offline Play

Go to Settings - Users and Accounts - Other - Console Sharing and Offline Play.

Select Enable to activate sharing on their PS5.
Log Out of Your Account

After enabling Console Sharing, log out of your account.
Your friend can now log back into their own account.
Access PS Plus Features

Your friend’s account can now use your PS Plus benefits, including:
Online multiplayer.

Monthly free games.
Exclusive discounts.
