In this video I show you how to show FPS in CS2. There are 3 main methods that can be used to show your FPS in Counter Strike 2. The first method uses the in-game console to add an FPS counter to your game.

My preferred method is to use the Steam game overlay to show FPS in CS2. To add an FPS counter with the Steam game overlay press Shift + Tab then click the gear icon to open the settings. Here you can enable the in-game FPS counter by selecting a position for it to be displayed. You can also turn on the increased contrast option if you like. The Steam FPS counter will show CS2 FPS as well as the FPS for any other game that you play when they are open.

You can also use the NVIDIA GeForce Experience game overlay to add an FPS counter if you have an NVIDIA graphics card. This FPS counter will display constantly on your screen even if CS2 is closed.
