To stop apps from tracking you on your iPhone, you can manage app tracking permissions and related settings to limit data collection for personalized ads or other purposes. Here’s how to do it through iPhone Settings:

1. Disable App Tracking for Personalized Ads
Open Settings:

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone.
Go to Tracking Settings:
Tap Privacy & Security - Tracking.

Turn Off App Tracking:

Toggle off Allow Apps to Request to Track (the switch turns gray). This prevents all apps from requesting to track your activity across other apps and websites for targeted ads.

Existing apps that previously requested tracking will have their permissions revoked, and no new apps can ask for tracking permission.
2. Manage Tracking for Individual Apps

Check Tracking Permissions:
In Settings - Privacy & Security - Tracking, view the list of apps that have requested tracking.

Tap an app (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, PlayStation App) and toggle off the tracking permission to stop it from tracking your activity.

Note: If Allow Apps to Request to Track is off, apps can’t request tracking, but you can still check individual app settings here.
