How to Add a Blue Light Filter on iPhone for Eye Strain
Add a Color Tint Filter (Custom Blue Light Reduction)
For a more customizable blue light filter, use Accessibility settings to apply a reddish tint.
Open Settings: Tap the Settings app.
Go to Accessibility: Scroll and tap Accessibility.
Select Display & Text Size: Tap Display & Text Size.
Enable Color Filters:
Tap Color Filters and toggle the switch to ON.
Select Color Tint.
Move the Intensity slider to adjust the strength of the tint.
Move the Hue slider toward red (left side) to create a warm, blue-light-reducing filter. A reddish tint helps minimize eye strain.
Preview and Save: The screen updates in real-time. Exit Settings when satisfied with the tint.
