How to Control PS5 with iPhone & Turn on with PS APP Remotely
1To control your PS5 with your iPhone and turn it on remotely using the PlayStation App, follow these steps:
Turn On PS5 Remotely with PlayStation App
Set Up PS5 for Remote Power-On:
On your PS5, go to Settings - System - Power Saving - Features Available in Rest Mode.
Enable Stay Connected to the Internet and Enable Turning On PS5 from Network.
Ensure your PS5 is in Rest Mode (orange light) or powered off but connected to the internet.
Download and Sign In to PlayStation App:
Download the PlayStation App from the iOS App Store if you haven’t already.
Open the app and sign in with the same PlayStation Network (PSN) account used on your PS5.
Turn On PS5:
In the PlayStation App, tap the Console Management icon (controller with a gear) at the bottom-right of the home screen.
Select your PS5 from the list of linked consoles.
Tap Turn On to wake your PS5 from Rest Mode or power it on. The console’s light should turn white, indicating it’s active.
Control PS5 with iPhone Using PlayStation App
