To switch audio from a headset or another output device back to your TV speakers on your PS4 console, you can adjust the audio settings. Here’s how to do it:
Set TV Speakers as the Audio Output
Go to Settings:
From the PS4 home screen, select Settings (the toolbox icon in the top right).

Access Sound and Screen:
Scroll down and choose Sound and Screen.
Select Audio Output Settings:
Select Audio Output Settings, then choose Primary Output Port.

Ensure it’s set to HDMI Out. This directs sound to your TV speakers via the HDMI connection. If it’s already set, proceed to the next step to confirm output device priority.

Adjust Audio Devices:
Go back to the main Settings menu, select Devices, then choose Audio Devices.

Select Output Device.

Choose TV or AV Amplifier from the list. This ensures the PS4 prioritizes your TV speakers over any connected headset or other devices.
