To switch between headset sound and TV audio on your PS5 console, follow these steps:

Go to the home screen and select Settings.
Select Sound.
Select Audio Output.
Choose one of the following options:
TV audio settings: This option will play audio through your TV speakers.
Headset audio settings: This option will play audio through your headset.
AV Amplifier audio settings: This option will play audio through an AV amplifier.

Compatible headphones settings: This option will play audio through compatible headphones.
General audio settings: This option will allow you to adjust general audio settings.

You can also turn off the Switch Output Device Automatically option to manually switch between audio output devices
