How to Transfer Saved Data to another Nintendo Switch (Fast Tutorial)
1To transfer saved data from one Nintendo Switch console to another, follow these steps:
Ensure System Updates:
Make sure both consoles are updated to the latest system version.
Connect both consoles to the internet and plug them into a power source.
Link a Nintendo Account:
On the source console, link a Nintendo account to the user account you want to transfer.
Ensure that the target console does not have the same Nintendo account active.
Navigate to System Settings:
On both consoles, go to System Settings - Users.
Transfer User and Save Data:
Select Transfer Your User and Save Data.
Choose the source console for the user and save data you want to transfer.
Select the target console where you want to transfer the data.
Sign In on the Target Console:
Sign in with your Nintendo account on the target console.
Wait for the consoles to find each other.
Initiate Transfer:
On the source console, select Transfer.
Wait for the process to finish.
Note that the user and save data will be removed from the source console.
Remember to download any game updates on the destination console after the transfer to ensure a seamless gaming experience!
