To turn off your PS5 controller without using the PS5 console, follow these steps:

1. Use the Controller Settings
You can turn off the DualSense controller directly using its settings:

Press and hold the PS button on your controller for about 10-15 seconds until it powers off.
2. Use the Quick Menu
If you're using the PS5 console:

Press the PS button to bring up the Control Center.
Scroll to the Accessories icon (controller icon) at the bottom of the screen.
Select your controller from the list and choose Turn Off.

3. Let It Time Out
If the controller is idle (not being used), it will automatically turn off after the set time:

To adjust the timeout settings, go to Settings - System - Power Saving - Set Time Until Controllers Turn Off and select your preferred duration.
