This is something you could pretty easily make into a TTRPG module. It has a simple plot hook: Starfleet Command has tasked your ship to transport diplomats to a conference.

this eps hilarity was mostly just Lwaxana(the Betazoid diplomat) being weird while the Antedians were sleeping and having fish-man dreams about blowing up the conference.

Yeah, that'd be fun to investigate in a TTPG... why were the Antedians trying to blow it up?
