This is THE episode that define the Borg as a civilization. But you're not going to retread that in a TTRPG session, so... what will you do instead?

There's quite a few things TBH. One could take a second look at the.... hints about the true nature of the Borg that got retconned later. The lore in Q Who seems to hint they were in fact cyborgs controlled by AIs, and not a true culture in the traditional sense. Perhaps look at WHY the AI enslaves people like this?

Or just go the route of having an epic intro to a new threat. 'Cause that's what this was, time to meet a new bad guy!
