What happened:
TLDR: I drove my fully loaded 200+ wagon train by hand. Don't drive big trains by hand.


There is no right turn on the outside roundabout itself, the corner is too tight. To make a right turn, a special section of track is added to the roundabout (correctly done and visible in top left/top right/bottom right). However, my design is rotationally symmetrical, so I often use my 90 degree corner blueprint to make corners, T-junctions, and, you guessed it, flawed intersections! I rotate and paste it 3 times and the roundabout looks complete... except for the missing right turn in the 4th corner!
