Hydra Slayer (P1): One Tutorial
31This game has two very separate things going for it in the "stand out from other roguelikes" contest: it goes almost entirely the Greek Mythology route for its fantasy setting (and yes, this IS a stark contrast from most roguelikes that use Tolkien-esque "high fantasy"), and you're absolutely encouraged and required to solve your way through the game. The second one doesn't sound all that different, but this game provides all information necessary on a given screen to figure things out before you take the first action.
So it's a real puzzle roguelike. A puzzle roguelike with ever-growing hydras. Time to chop off some heads!
