The next destination is Faron Woods, where we encounter a girl who is leading the resistance, her name is Lana, a sorceress that uses magic for attacks. We also have to deal with Wizzro and his troops, so Link and his allies must defend the Deku Tree from Wizzro's army.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This scenario recommends the Fire element, so Link's Fire Rod is the best weapon for this one, as this is the only Fire element weapon you would have at this point in the game. You have to find a chest containing a bow, so that way you can fire arrows at Deku Babas to take them out. You can switch between Link, Impa, and Sheik in this scenario, even though Lana does first appear, you cannot play as her in this scenario.
Then you have to escort Lana to the Great Deku Tree, so I recommend having one of your warriors help out her, and Wizzro sends a bunch of Gibdos to attack the Deku Tree, Gibdos are weak to Fire element weapons, so if you have Link's Fire Rod, you can take out the Gibdos easier, while Sheik and Impa take longer in defeating them. Gibdos do have a weakness to the bow, so if they use their powerful attack, it will leave them open to a bow, so it will make them reveal their weak point gauge, allowing you to use a powerful Weak Point Smash on them.
Introduced in Hyrule Warriors Legends for 3DS, you can get an Ocarina, which allows you to warp to any active Owl Statue, to activate an Owl Statue, you have to interact with it. This was not in the Wii U version, so I do appreciate the Ocarina being in the 3DS and Switch versions.
After the Gibdos are out of the way, Wizzro sets the Deku Tree on fire, so after all the dialogue, you have to head to the Fairy Fountain, but during that, Wizzro decides to take advantage of the situation by sending more Gibdos to invade the burning Deku Tree. There are some enemies that stand in the entrance of the Great Fairy Fountain, so you will need to defeat them to gain access. You can find a Cucco there, and if you attack it, you will be swarmed by Cuccos, in the main Legend of Zelda games, you wouldn't think twice about attacking a Cucco, as death will come to those who attack them. In this game, if you get swarmed by Cuccos, you can earn K.O.s by defeating Cuccos, but you will have to fight a Gold Cucco, and they are way more powerful than regular Cuccos.
Now that the fire is doused from the rain thanks to the Great Fairy, it is time to stop Wizzro for what he had caused, and a Guard Troop will appear, which indicates that there is treasure in North Square. When you arrive at the Enemy Keep, Wizzro will disappear, and the next boss fight will be against Gohma, the Arthropod Cyclops Monster. This is the second Giant Boss fight, like how King Dodongo was weak to bombs, if you shoot Gohma in the eye with a bow, it will be vulnerable to attack, so you can reduce its weak point gauge to get in a powerful attack. Gohma has an elemental weakness to Dark element weapons, which we do not have at this point, but if you use Sheik's C3, then follow up with C1, you can deal heavy damage, Sheik is one of few character that can kill bosses easily. Keep Saboteurs will also appear and try to take any allied keeps, and this is more of a side mission, defeating Gohma is the main mission. Gohma can warp to the Deku Tree, so if Gohma does that, you will have to defeat it quickly, because if the Deku Tree is taken by the enemy forces, you will lose.
After defeating Gohma, we go through some cutscenes, and that is the scenario complete, and in the base game, Lana would be unlocked after competing this scenario.
As for the Gold Skulltula, after defeating 1000 enemies, it will be west of the Western Tree, and you have to bomb a rock to reveal it. For the Heart Container, it is in a chest at the end of a path south of Southeast Tree, and only Sheik can get it, while Impa can get a Heart Piece by capturing North Square Keep.
