I thought it couldn't hurt to turn my damage up a little. It could, and did. At first the game just crashed because I maybe went a little overboard with it. A few small adjustments later and we were unstoppable. When you can do max damage at any range you can pick your own route, even while running. This actually takes a lot of challenge out of the game but makes for some interesting shortcuts. Between the rockets and the shotgun there's not as much challenge as I would have liked left. There can never be enough damage.
