iPhone 6S is compared with a Samsung flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S6 to see which of the two has the highest speed. Which phone do you think will win over the other in this tough competition between

Apple and Samsung? Let’s find out!

Both the Apple iPhone 6S and the Samsung Galaxy S6 were updated to the latest OS updates, the iPhone to iOS 9.1 and the Galaxy to Android 5.1.1. What we first did was switching on the devices and the iPhone 6S started a few seconds faster than the Galaxy S6.

After the switch on test, we conducted a few other simple tests to check the speeds. A benchmark test was run using the Geekbench app on both phones. The Apple iPhone 6S is a dual core phone so the results obtained were 2470 for the single core and 4459 for the multi score. It’s almost double the speed of the iPhone 6 which is a great improvement. Then we obtained the single core and multi core scores of the S6 which has a quod core processor as 1367 and 4662 respectively.

The next test was to see the internet speed and for the two devices to have similar conditions we selected the same Wi-Fi connection and server on the devices. The download and upload speeds in the two devices were quite similar this time. When compared with the previous years it could be said that the iPhone had improved the internet speed greatly.

When checking out other aspects of the phones, we saw only very slight differences in speeds. But sometimes it feels as if the Galaxy S6 is better in many operations than the Apple device.
