In this Skul the Hero Slayer video, I'll be using the item Doomsday! Doomsday is, at least until this very moment, what I considered to be the worst legendary item in the game. Every 44 seconds Doomsday begins a detonation sequence where after a small period of time it will blow up delaing all of the physical damage you dealt in that time period to all enemies in a certain range. The issue with this item is the timing of it's detonation, for one, is enormous, but also you can't control when it begins. Often times you'll find it detonating at the end of combat in a room hitting nothing, or it'll begin it's detonation in the Arachne shrine room or a shop. However, during the end game gauntlet of bosses it pretty much never misses, always hitting for big damage, which is something I haven't considered until now. Also, one thing Doomsday has always had going for it is it's inscriptions, which are Brawl/Execute, both are top tier. So, with all of that said...is Doomsday good now? That's what we're here to find out! With Viking and Predator on our side, can we show the world the power of Doomsday?
