In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using the Pikeman with Chase and Bleed as my central strategies! Chase is a tried and true archetype, with the inscription's effect being very powerful as well as a lot of powerful items to make getting a powerful run a simple process. A lot of Chase's most powerful items also are in the Rare section of item rarity, which makes it even easier to pull off. Bleed, however, is frankly the worst status in the game. The strongest bleed items are unique and above, and most of the time to truly make your bleed damage work for you it needs to have Miracle Grail, the bleed legendary item, or the bleed curse, so it's extremely top heavy for RNG requirement to make it powerful. HOWEVER, there's another bleed item I've heard a lot of positive things about that I almost never get to use: Blooming Blade Shards, the Masterpiece awoken version of Terrible Blade Shards. Thankfully, we get it this run! Will all of these things be enough to make our run pop off and be powerful? Joined by Berserker, we'll have to see if bleed can show it can also be a valid build path!
