In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using the Officer skull! This skull sure is...something, to say the least. He's got a lot of built in, inherent issues that cannot be overcome. He has a mechanic centered around Unrivaled Strikes, an extra attack he casts when down+attack are held after his basic attack combo as well as his skills. However, these are perfectly fine, and deal decent damage. The problem comes in at his legendary form, where every 4th Unrivaled Strike cast he gets a thing called Heroic Unrivaled Strike, where it casts an even stronger version that deals more damage. The issue with these are when he uses them it locks him completely still, and he takes a solid second to cast it. This cannot be sped up at all, so you're stuck in this non-moving animation, completely vulnerable, for that time. This makes him take a lot of damage naturally, which can lead a run to ruin. However...when your run is completely stacked with the most insane items in the game, not even he can mess that up. Joined by the Hunter, an actual GOOD skull, can these two take their ridiculous build all the way to Alexander?
