In this episode fo Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using the Officer skull once more! Officer is one of the most recently added skulls into the game with the recent Myths DLC, and he's...well, he's got issues. His biggest issue is the Heroic Unrivaled Strike he gets at legendary. Unrivaled Strikes are normally fairly consistent and easy to use, but at legendary they get an "upgrade" that gives them a supposed "stronger attack" that sadly cannot be sped up, you cannot move while casting it, and after every 4th Unrivaled Strike you cast via skill/swap you are FORCED to cast this attack. There's other skulls that have casting speed issues, such as Dark Paladin, Mage, and Predator namely, but these all can have their attacks sped up by things like the Attack Speed/Skill CD Arachne shrine as well as Manatech 3, and also just general attack speed, but these cannot be sped up by any of these. It's easily one of the most awful things in the game that makes this skull who otherwise would not have issues so much worse. However, there's still efforts being made to try and make this issue as dampened as possible, such as using quints that prevent damage such as Phantom, Medua, and Succubus to create artificial i-frames for when he's stuck motionless. So, another Officer attempt, how will this one go? Joined by Predator, a previously mentioned slow casting speed skull, can these two pull off another victory?
