It Takes Two - Part 18 - Finding All Of The Equipment
0Hello everyone and welcome back to It Takes Two.
Cody & May now need to try and obtain the final piece of Rose's letter. To do this they need to bring May's passion of singing back to life. We have to find everything needed to create a concert for May to preform. Whilst exploring there are still mini games that we are able to find and play together.
We find ourselves heading back stage, this are is filled with speakers and recording equipment. May is able to use her voice to shoos strong waves of music outwards that can knock things over creating new paths for us. May is also able to sing, this can effect some things in the area around us. This level is filled with so many things we are able to interact with, this makes the game environment so fun to play in.
After working together Cody & May have been able to collect the speakers, they now need to find the mics and lights. This next area has Cody using his new shield ability. There are lasers that will damage Cody & May but Cody is able to reflect them with his shield. If May stands on line with Cody she can also be saved from the lasers. The two find themselves in a music room filled with drums. Cody & May can jump and play on each of the drums, and they each have a different sound. There are even guitars strings that the two can ride on. Cody and May must work together and trust each other to reach new areas. The level is also filled with different kinds of music as you make your way around.
Cody & May find the mics that will attack us like snakes. May is able to use her voice and distract them whilst Cody hits them with his shield. The two can only pass if they work together. Over time Cody & May have grown closer and trust each other a lot more at this point. After dealing with all of the snake mics Cody & May have earned enough mics to move on to finding the lights.
They now need to work together to turn the lights on. May need to control a spot like that Cody must walk in so he does not take damage. The room is completely dark and there are parts of the floor missing so this can be tricky. After they turn on the lights we are rewarded with them for our stage.
May is still unhappy about preforming on a start but Cody tries to make her feel better. Check back next time as we continue to get the stage ready for May whilst building her confidence.
