Dying Light 2 - Part 18 - We Need To Save Aitor!
0Hey everyone and welcome back to Dying Light 2.
In the last episode we seen Aitor begin rush in after his encounter with Waltz, could he really still be alive? Once we arrive in the doctors room we see Aitor's wife asking for medication but not using the new herbs that were created after the fall out. The doctor believes that the herbalist is Aitor's only option but it is against his wife's wishes. We go to speak with the healer to learn more about the herbs to see if we can help in any way.
We make our way to were the healer is located and try to speak with her. Once we arrive a man opens the door and tells us she is asleep. We explain the situation and the man agrees to wake the healer up but he asks were we have come from. We tell them the peacekeepers told us were to find them but this seems to change the atmosphere in the air. We are able to meet with the healer and we learn that she has been blinded for something she had been blamed for in the past. In the past a peacekeeper gave someone the wrong herb and blamed the healer. I now understand why they hate the peacekeepers so much. Each side is filled with darkness, I don't believe any side is all good. The healer tells us were to pick some special flowers and tells us that only the small petals heal whilst the large ones contain poison.
These flowers can be found around the city, we ask Lawan for help to see if she knows anything about them. She tells us were to look for the flowers. The flowers shine in the moonlight and are surrounded by zombies walking the streets. Quickly we run around the area picking up the flowers whilst avoiding as many zombies as possible. Once we have collected enough we are able to take them back to Aitor. When we arrive back at the ship Aitor is in a bad state, his wife is still very unhappy that we visited the healer and wants no part of it. If we don't give Aitor the petals he will die, but if we give him the wrong one he will also die. We choose to believe in the healer and hand over the small petals. Aitor symptoms begin to calm down and it looks like he will be ok after some well needed rest.
Jack Matt wants to speak with us after saving Aitor so we head to speak with him. Jack Matt begins coughing, could he be unwell? Jack also has some information for us about the database but wants to know why we want it. We tell Jack the truth about our sister and Waltz, it seems we both have a common enemy in Waltz. Jack Matt knows of some GRE scientists that have been hiding away that might be able to help, but they are very hard to find.
Whilst Jack Matt looks for the scientists he wants our help to get the main radio tower back up, this will also make his search a little easier. We agree to help, no matter what we need to find Mia. The VNC tower is the tallest building around and we will need to make it to the top in order to turn it back on. Many people have tried to climb and have fallen, also there is a volatile located inside. This time we are going to try some UV lights to keep the infected at bay. Frank tried this in the past and that ended the nightrunners. To keep everyone safe we need to make sure there are enough UV lamps. The person in charge of this is Juan, we try to speak to Juan but he is currently unavailable.
