■Ingredients (serves 2-3)
・2 cucumbers (200g)
☆Seasonings
・1/2 tsp chili pepper (sliced)
・1/2 tsp grated garlic
・1 tbsp vinegar
・3 tbsp mentsuyu [3x concentrated]
・1 tbsp water
・1 tbsp sesame oil
■Procedure
(1) Cut off both ends of the cucumber and peel thinly with a peeler.
(2) Put the ingredients in a container, mix, and add the cucumber folded in half. Wrap and leave in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
