■Ingredients (serves 2)
・1 egg
・300g Chinese yam
・120g cut vegetables [cabbage, shredded]
・2 tablespoons of noodle soup [3x concentrated]
・1 teaspoon of salad oil
・3 tablespoons of pizza cheese
Finishing touches
・2g dried bonito flakes
・Scallions (chopped)
■Procedure
(1) Place the Chinese yam in a storage bag, close the bag, and roughly crush it with a rolling pin.
(2) Crack the egg into a bowl and mix, then add the Chinese yam, shredded cabbage, and noodle soup and mix.
(3) Lightly coat a heat-resistant container with salad oil, pour in 2, and top with pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster for about 10 minutes until golden brown. (I used a 15cm heat-resistant container.)
(4) Top with dried bonito flakes and green onions.
