These chips are made by sandwiching ingredients between rice paper and deep frying until crispy! Recommended as a snack or appetizer♪

■Ingredients (easy to make amount)
・6 sheets of rice paper
・4 crab kamaboko
・4 shiso leaves
・1/4 sheet of roasted nori
・A little salt
・Appropriate amount of salad oil
■Procedure
(1) Cut the rice paper and roasted nori into 4 equal parts crosswise. Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves.
(2) Place a piece of rice paper that has been dipped in water on top of a damp kitchen paper. Place a piece of crab kamaboko on top and a piece of rice paper that has been dipped in water on top. Press down from above to blend. Make a total of 4 pieces in the same way.
(3) Place a piece of rice paper that has been dipped in water on top of a damp kitchen paper. Place a shiso leaf on top and top with a piece of rice paper that has been dipped in water. Press down from above to blend. Repeat to make a total of 4 pieces.
(4) Place a piece of rice paper that has been dipped in water on top of a damp kitchen paper. Place a piece of roasted nori on top and top with a piece of rice paper that has been dipped in water. Press down from above to blend. Repeat to make a total of 4 pieces.
(5) Add salad oil to a frying pan about 2cm from the bottom and heat to 170℃. Add 2-3 pieces of rice paper with ingredients in between and fry while turning them upside down until they puff up and become crispy. Repeat in the same way until they are gone. (If you add too much at once, the rice paper will stick together, so fry a little at a time.)
(6) Drain the oil and sprinkle with salt.
