"Steamed summer vegetable millefeuille pork belly"

■Ingredients (serves 3)
・200g thinly sliced ​​pork belly
・2 eggplants
・1 zucchini
・1/3 bag mizuna
・2 cherry tomatoes
☆Addictive sauce
・1 teaspoon sugar
・1 tablespoon vinegar
・1 tablespoon soy sauce
・1 tablespoon oyster sauce
・1 tablespoon white sesame seeds

■Procedure
(1) Cut the pork into 5cm pieces.
(2) Cut off the stem of the eggplant and cut into 5mm round slices.
(3) Cut off the stem of the zucchini and cut into 5mm round slices.
(4) Cut off the root of the mizuna and cut into bite-sized pieces.
(5) Cut the cherry tomatoes into 8 equal pieces.
(6) Place the pork slices in a heat-resistant dish, leaving the center empty, between the zucchini and eggplant, alternating between the slices.
(7) Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 4-5 minutes until the meat is cooked through. (Adjust the cooking time until the pork is cooked through.)
(8) Mix ☆ in a bowl (addictive sauce).
(9) Place mizuna in the center of 7, top with cherry tomatoes, and pour over the addictive sauce.
