■Ingredients (2 servings)
・200g ground chicken
・150g silken tofu
・3 tablespoons potato starch
・50g pizza cheese
・1/3 teaspoon salt
・1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
・2 tablespoons salad oil
For finishing
・Appropriate amount of ketchup
■Procedure
(1) Put ground chicken, tofu, potato starch, pizza cheese, salt, and grated garlic in a frying pan and mix while crushing the tofu.
(2) Once everything is mixed, push it to the edge of the frying pan and place it in bite-sized pieces.
(3) Add salad oil to the empty space in the frying pan and heat over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are crispy. Turn over and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning over until the meat is cooked through and the surface is crispy.
(4) Place on a plate and garnish with ketchup.
