■Ingredients (serves 3-4)
・600g minced pork
・3/4 teaspoon salt
・A little pepper
・Potato starch (to taste)
・1 tablespoon mayonnaise
■Procedure
(1) Sprinkle half the salt, pepper, and potato starch on the surface of the minced pork while still in the package. (It is recommended to sprinkle a lot of pepper.)
(2) Spread the mayonnaise in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. When it melts a little, place the minced pork from step 1 with the potato starch-coated side down. Reduce heat to low, sprinkle the remaining salt and pepper, and sprinkle potato starch. Cover and grill for about 5 minutes.
(3) Turn over, reduce heat to medium, and press lightly with a spatula. Grill for about 5 minutes until the meat is browned and cooked through. (Remove any excess fat or scum.
Cut into desired size pieces.)
