"Shio Konbu Karaage with Shio Leaf"

■Ingredients (serves 2)
・1 piece of chicken breast (300g)
・10 shiso leaves
・15g salted kelp
・1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
・3 tablespoons potato starch
・2 tablespoons salad oil

■Procedure
(1) Cut the chicken into pieces, and cut it into bite-sized pieces by placing a knife diagonally (thinning).
(2) Put the chicken, salted kelp, and sesame oil in a frying pan and rub together. Remove the stems of the shiso leaves, tear them into pieces, and rub lightly to mix well. Add potato starch and sprinkle all over. Lightly squeeze the leaves and arrange them so they do not overlap.
(3) Add salad oil to the gaps in the frying pan and heat over medium heat for about 1 minute. Fry for 6 to 7 minutes, turning the meat over and over, until it is cooked through and crispy. (The batter will come off, so try not to touch it too much right after you put it in.)
