Description:
The king of Ildria was overthrown in a coup and was replaced by Ry'jin, a madman who covets the power of dragons. To that end, he kidnapped and killed all but one dragon to power his Vulcan Cannon, which he uses to rule Ildria with an iron fist. As the last free dragon, Az'uar must obtain the Soul Gems of the Great Seven, granting him the power he needs to make a stand against Ry'jin so he can free his siblings and save Ildria.

Prepare accordingly, since you won't be able to leave this dungeon for a while.
The castle looks like something from Gestahl's empire on the outside. Hell, it might even use the same sprites, but I can't be sure. Examine the grave of Xandra's mother to find a passage, which leads to a futuristic lab with computers. Some players are put off by the difference in technology between the towns and the castle, but it can also be seen as an indication that Ry'jin has the scientific knowledge and resources to improve everyone's standard of living, but chooses to hoard it all for himself.

The sixth dragon is disappointed that most of the Great Seven lost to a child and wonders if they deserve extinction. He shouldn't be any harder than the whale and doesn't have any skills worth learning, so unleash your triple rune combos.
24:08 Double Reverse Agent
Kadalej gives up his Soul Gem, but is not on board with the Tiamat Sacrament. He also points out that Kelburn has treacherous intent. Sure enough, Gyle knocks Az'uar out and throws him and Xandra in a cage. Ry'jin comes in and gloats about tricking us. He threatens to kill Ildrians one-by-one if Xandra doesn't surrender her authority to him and has Gyle drag her to the town square.
It's strange that Ry'jin wants Az'uar captured after only soul gems have been obtained. I guess he knows about the Tiamat Sacrament and wants to kill Az'uar before the ritual can be completed, even if it means forfeiting the chance to get Saphira's DNA.
Kelburn returns and frees Az'uar, revealing that he had to play along with Ry'jin so that the tyrant doesn't think to read his intent. Az'uar accepts him as a party member again, but points out that this stunt still put Xandra's life at risk.
In the town square, Gyle kills most of the Saphirites and is about to kill a villager, only for Az'uar and Kelburn to appear. The villagers step up to defend the party and the final strategy board scenario starts.

Unlike last time, Gyle has HP and he can take ranged damage, though he can't deal ranged damage of his own. He has 20 HP, but proper use of ranged attacks should whittle him down fast. You'll have to keep moving Az'uar though, since the Vulcan Cannon will periodically fire on his position. If you're clever, you can trick the cannon into shooting an enemy soldier and score some bonus CP this way. I recommend only summoning the bare minimum troops to win, since all of your kills yield only 5 CP this time.
56:40 Retaking Draslin, or not
Gyle is forced to retreat and swears to get his revenge. Meanwhile, the Vulcan Cannon fires a stronger shot, wiping out Draslin. While some citizens escaped, most of them have been vaporized. All we can to is to go to Fyradin to complete the Tiamat Sacrament and prevent any more atrocities, though we can use Kadalej's Soul Gem in Sildric Spire first. Now would also be a good time to retry the strat boards for S-Ranks.
