Description:
The SSS temporarily split up to help various organizations with restoring order in Crossbell. However, the previous incident means Erebonia and Calvard are now a lot more hasty in their efforts to take over Crossbell. This, combined with Ouroboros's increasing activity in the region, is going to require even greater damage control efforts from the SSS.

0:00 Hijacking the Airwaves
Using the signal booster, the Merkabah takes over all the screens in Crossbell. MacDowell reveals that the decision to go independent didn't go through proper channels because Dieter had the entire Diet placed under house arrest. He also reveals the truth about the Red Constellation's attack two months ago.
Dieter's faction is shutting down all the screens to silence the truth, but it's too late. Dieter criticizes Sigmund for failing to defend Mishelam, but Sigmund points out that Dieter didn't allow him to eliminate the SSS in the first place. Dieter fires back that doing so would turn KeA against them.
The next step is to stop the bells at the Moon Temple and Stargazer Tower, since those are maintaining the barrier around Crossbell. They guarded by Campanella and Arianrhod respectively.

They have annoying impede crafts and can attack from any distance. If you win, you get the Uranus Bell, which allows the user to move immediately after a space art.

You can talk to Cao Lee and visit Cecile at the hospital. Since you have to leave one party member behind, each event can have a lot of different variations. Also, don't forget to talk to Fara in room 302 for the next Agnes book.
