This route requires you to kill all 100 invaders. There are some story encounters that don’t count.
Some chapters have dialogue choices. These matter but also don’t in that they decide whether or not enemies run or try to fight you. You want them to fight you for this route because chasing them around sucks and obviously, you fail the route if anyone escapes.
In chapter 25, I kite the last two armored guys through the rooms because Desfard has this ridiculous lunge that makes it difficult to get away from him. He also has a tendency to leap great distances randomly/whenever a trap is triggered.
The names of the routes are made up by me. In this case, perfect genocide is the name of the bonus you get for killing all enemies and imo, is pretty rad.
