■Procedure
(1) Remove the strings from the green beans, boil water in a small pot, add an appropriate amount of salt (not included in the recipe), and boil briefly. Rinse in water to cool, then cut diagonally.
(2) Put ground chicken, sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a pot and heat over low-medium heat. Stir with chopsticks until almost all of the water is gone, and make minced chicken.
(3) Put eggs and seasonings in a pot and heat over low-medium heat, stir with chopsticks until crumbly, and make minced egg. Serve in a bowl and you're done!
