If you're wondering why 2.0 instead of 0.0, 2.0 requires no Hearts to pay. First Blade is, naturally, what everybody starts a new file with, although there are DEFINITELY worse weapons--my checking things out now suggest to me that Hewdraw Club is the worst weapon in the game. And, of course, No Powers is due to the player not starting a new file with any Powers other than Health Recovery L3, which I don't want to use anyway.
Okay, so Three-Headed Hewdraw can be done faster. I don't think it could be possible to save a lot of time, and he's the rare exception of air segments being auto-scrollers. Then again, there's not too much to talk about with the land portion anyway. I get hesitant with the finishing blow against Hewdraw Reborn because if he gets hit early into his attack phase, he WILL go into his hiding phase and whether he will go into his charged up shot shower attack from that is RNG. And no, you can't finish off Hewdraw when he's on land.
