Kingdom Hearts [PS2] playthrough on Expert Part 27c Phantom

On my way to complete all remaining activities in the game. Phantom is probably one of the most complex boss fights in the game. It's also very tough (at least for me) because to do any damage, you must quickly manage your magic and items (respective colors = specific magic or melee). The most important thing, however, is to cast Stop on the clock hand to stop it for a minute (I guess). Otherwise, there's a counter and once it reaches zero, the Phantom casts Doom on a party member, which kills that character once another counter over the character reaches zero. The key is to manage your magic and mana and remember about the counter. Did I mention the annoying navigation while flying?
