King's Quest, also known as Quest for the Crown was created in 1984 for the IBM. It was known to be revolutionary for its time as it was one of the first graphics-based adventure games, paving the way for future point and click adventure games. It was created by Roberta Williams, and developed by Sierra Online, who are both legends for that genre.

This is a high fantasy setting where you play as a knight trying to retrieve 3 treasures. It's known for its fairy tale-like plot which still comes across as engaging.

Eventually, an SCI remake, and a fan VGA remake by AGD interactive were made. In this video game review, I will explore both these remakes as well, and compare how they are. Is this game more than just a historical curiosity, and which version is the best? Find out here.
