So here, int his vid, we're gonna sit back and enjoy every single intro from the beginning all teh way to 2003. The diference with THIS intro montage? Not only is it in English, but it includes 94 as well! I'll probably expect a few purists to tar and feather me for it, but sod em.

Anyway, the intros:

94: I loved the whole spinning envolope bit, and the exposition was nice, kind enough not to reveal "R"'s identity, but kind enough to give us the right idea of what was going on. And come on, I loved the whole "Terry says hi to Ryo" thing.

95: Worst game in teh series AMIRITE LOL. Also IORIS FLAMES ARE PURPLE POOPYHEADS

96: They really liked writing 96 in different fonts. The pics they used for the villains were actually pretty damn great, and I loved the pseudo 3D ness of the title when it slams onscreen. Furthermore, the music is just awesome.

97: A nice touch matching hte action to the music. Furthermore, the bit with Benimaru Lightning Punching the screen was a neat touch, not to mention Yashiro giving us a smile. That was charming.

98: Basically it flashes all the combatants (Except Rugal) onscreen. The rap that plays is so bad its charmingly cute, not to mention the guy singing it soudsn like he's really giving it all he's got, so yeah. This one's good, but whast with the doorway Kyo's going through?

99: I love how this one fails to hide the fact that Kyo and Iori are still alive. Nice job, poopyheads

2000: Pretty standard fare. The music's forgettable, but the whole "Iori passes by K' and turns into Kyo" thing was cool. I'm glad they remembered K' was the star of the saga, as well.

2001: This intro's actually pretty cool, for what people claim is the worst game in the series. I love how it shows all the gloved K clones, Kula with a wavy hand, K' with a clenched fist and K9999 with a claw of sorts. And Kyo didn't rear his ugly head for that long either. Wow. Mind you, after this, Eolith started getting stupid in the head.

2002: Bog standard intro, thogh the character pictures that flahs by in threes were pretty good.And at least the New Faces team (WHICh WERE THE REAL VILLAINS OF 97, EOLITH YOU POOPYHEADED MORONS) come before Blue Mary's Storyrole-stealing Losers (Although Billy gets a pass, Yama-sucky and Poo Mary can go climb a wall of dicks). Furthermore, K' appears first. Awesome. One thing though, who at Eolith had the bright idea that Blue Mary and her team were the villains of 97? you can't name them after a game where they did jack shit. SRSLY, that is being silly.

2003: The spinning envolope is a lovely throwback to the surprisingly existent 94, and it remains inteact after its exposition this itme.But SRSLY, SNK, do you have to rub in the fact that you have a raging boner for Ass Crapson? That close up of his ugly face lasts for almost 30 seconds. Damn.
