LEGO Ideas Old Fishing Store - Unboxing, Speed Build & Review 21310
Hi LEGO fans! We unbox, speed build and review the 18th LEGO Ideas set, Old Fishing Store in this LEGO Ideas review video. LEGO Ideas 21310 is the biggest Ideas set to date, topping the Saturn V rocket by 80 pieces to hit a 2,049 piece count. This is a beautifully detailed LEGO set designed by LEGO Ideas member Robert Bontenbal from the Netherlands and brought to life with the help of the LEGO design team.
Old Fishing Store is built on a 32x32 sand-colored LEGO base plate and stands 12" tall and we capture every detail in this LEGO Ideas review video from unboxing to final build, all captured in 4K ultra-high definition. You can also check out the set being built in our 90 second speed build showing the Old Fishing Store come together in a crisp time-lapse LEGO build.
LEGO's Old Fishing Store is packed with hundreds of fishing themed elements and four minifigures: a captain, fisherman, fisherwoman and child (all beautifully printed with some dual molding) plus a cat and 3 awesome LEGO seagull figurines.
The outside of the LEGO fishing store is clad in hundreds of sea-green planks and detailed LEGO brickwork. The store is also showing its age and has been repaired with many new printed pieces including printed LEGO planks of wood complete with nails. Wrapped around the outside of the fishing store, there is an elevated decking platform built upon detailed LEGO rock elements with green elements to represent seaweed and algae from years of sea spray washing onto the building.
Inside the LEGO Ideas fishing store is a huge array of fishing gear including harpoon guns, fishing hooks, TNT, oars, flippers, scuba gear and many other cool LEGO accessories. Outside, the catch of the day is on display with dried fish and fresh fish and lobsters stored on ice. This LEGO Ideas set is a great way to stock up on hard-to-find nautical related LEGO elements.
Next to the fishing store, we have a watchtower with a 360-degree viewing balcony and an office on the lower level which is connected to the fishing store. The tower can be removed, as can the roof of the tower. For easy access to all of the cool LEGO elements inside the old fishing store, we have a two-part opening wall and removable roof. There is so much detail to see and it's all covered in this old fishing store review video.
