I am going to show you my new up to date DCC Model Train Controller which I have chosen the NCE Powercab and this will be used on my DCC videos as I do have plans to review the DCC Sound decoders as well as cover the functions and features of the NCE Powercab including how to set a Locomotive address and altering CV's which will be covered in other videos. This one just shows the controller and what it comes with. Please note that this video is a look at the NCE Powercab and it is NOT a review. I am sure there is other reviews out there on YouTube that do review this controller. This subject of DCC will be spanned along various additional videos to make them easily accessible for those new to DCC like myself.
