Let’s Play Antichamber #06: Yellow
This is a blind playthrough. Kindly avoid posting spoilers in the comments or solutions to puzzles either in this video or future ones so as not to spoil the experience for me or those that haven’t seen the game before.
That I’ve managed to figure out at least one solution to a puzzle while editing these videos is no coincidence. Focused as I am only on the video while editing, I’m able to see things I didn’t notice before during the recording process and you want to bet I make a note of them so I don’t forget to act on those things next time I record. In this case, I figured out a puzzle I could have solved with just the blue gun thingy but can solve just as easily now that it’s green.
Speaking of green, I’ve also figured out one of the key traits of the green gun thingy that will allow me to solve a few other puzzles. Quite a few of them have challenged me to make blocks literally appear out of nothing and while I at first thought that that wasn’t possible, it turns out that, with the right block placement, I can do precisely that.
Each little thing I learn about the way the world in this game works unlocks new ways to looking at it, allowing me to solve yet more things and that’s one of the many things that makes this game wonderful.
