86I don't think I need to explain why allowing NOD to launch even one of their ICBMs is a bad idea, so it's a good thing that we don't need to a whole lot to stop them. Sure, each of them is either deep in a NOD base or hidden using stealth technology, but there's often a way to easily reach them if you're prepared to explore the map and use less conventional methods of warfare.
The ion cannon is one of your greatest assets here, for it can hid anything on the map with an intense blast of zappy doom. While a single shot isn't enough to destroy an ICBM launcher outright, it'll weaken it enough that even a couple of orca bombers can fly in and finish the job, reseting the timer and giving you much needed breathing room. That being said, all the NOD bases have a large amount of SAM sites, so expect to lose some bombers in the process of doing that.
