Let's Play Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition Co-op [1] - Starting Over

Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition Co-op gameplay together with ingeniousclown! We took care of character creation before we started recording just to speed things along, since Divinity: Original Sin was itself a huge game, and the Enhanced Edition only added to the amount of gameplay hours is huge, and this is only Part 1 of the playthrough!

If you're feeling a bit of deja vu about this video, well, that's because it's not the first part 1 of a Divinity Original Sin let's play I've uploaded recently. In fact we started uploading some coop gameplay of the regular non-Enhanced Edition of Divinity: Original Sin before realizing that was a dumb idea when Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition was just around the corner with a whole host of improvements to the gameplay, performance, and overall usability. Some improvements in Enhanced Edition include: improved inventory UI, full voice acting for all NPC dialogue, dual-wielding weapons, a new weapon type called Wands, throwable grenades, more difficulty modes, better visuals, new skills, lots of rebalancing, quicker saving, and various other changes that have a huge impact on usability and gameplay.

Overall, Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition added a ton of new features to the classic gameplay of Divinity: Original Sin, and did this free of charge for people who already owned the base game.

For the purposes of showcasing some of the new and interesting gameplay offered by Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition, I have chosen to revamp my character from the previous Let's Play, and choose to dual-wield wands instead. This gives us an opportunity to see two of the big obvious new gameplay features and abilities added to Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition. We also start out playing in the new Tactician mode, which features much harder gameplay, but will probably switch to a lower difficulty in the future after we get annihilated by the game's encounter design.
