My first attempt at this part of the mission failed because I accessed the computers in the wrong order. For various (save game-related) reasons, I was forced to attempt a somewhat counter-intuitive sequence by first destroying the base generator and then downloading from the last computer. I was afraid that cutting power would make the computers inoperable (makes sense, doesn't it?), but, thankfully, that didn't happen (maybe they were on back up generators...).
