Let's Play Legend of Grimrock 13: Searching for Keys
259Remember when I asked why the game didn't use keys in place of the scrolls a few levels previous? The level we're now trapped on is going to use that very mechanic to block our progression further down. This level is also split into four distinct areas which have one of those keys hidden within them, full of puzzles that need solving. This in itself isn't a bad thing, especially when the puzzles are different and the enemies so varied.
You'd think that we're barely scratching the surface of the game but that's not true; there aren't that many levels that the group need to descend. The danger and peril will only get greater the closer we reach our goal... whatever it is. Is it going to be as simple as reaching an exit at the bottom and opening the door from the inside? If that were the case, why has no-one else ever survived the mountain?
Surely others have made it this far down... right?
