After what seems like a near century wait (it was really only about 5 years), the newest Make A Good Mega Man Level (MAGMML for short) has been released! I've decided to get on this as soon as possible before I start getting spoiled on the entries. I'll be playing through the levels and reading the reviews along the way and giving some thoughts on each of the levels in the description. Feel free to follow along...

Pumpkin Patches - Decent enough level with a nice Halloween Theme... wish I actually got here in October, but oh well. The only problem is that second token. Not only is it annoying to get, it seems wholly unnecessary for the level and just brings down the whole experience. Should've just been two tokens in the level really.

Pick Your Poison - Very creative level with, I believe, vanilla assets. I had a lot of fun here and it does a great job with the A=B=AB formula. Nice spin on the bosses too, though some were a bit much. Also might be the first time I've seen someone make Toad Man's default AI tough. Bravo on that.

Alpine Weather Institute - I do believe this is our last Skip Teleporter. Supposedly due to one token. Which, I'll be honest, doesn't seem to really need it. If you are just going to hand everyone tokens and elements over a slight difficulty boost, what's the point? I know I used a few skips here and there, so it's a bit hypocritical of me. But I really don't feel this stage warranted it. Anyway, this was a great stage with a very clever gimmick that it takes full advantage of.

Crosshair Aware - Deja vu? Anyone that has played Super Fighting Robot will be very aware of this gimmick and it is done just as well here. I'll say this, as someone who is not a fan of autoscrollers, this one pulls one off exceptionally well.

Underground Runaround - This a great stage, for the first 7 minutes at least. It seems like it thought of the gimmick and wanted to show off ALL the clever ideas they had with it. It definitely could've used some trimming.
