All three X-Hunters have been defeated, so what's next? Sigma? Almost...first, it's time for the obligatory capsule stage! The fourth fortress stage is the one containing the rematches with the eight Mavericks...and since these are the rematches, I did use their weaknesses. (In case you need a recap, the weakness weapons are Strike Chain on Wheel Gator, Spin Wheel on Bubble Crab, Bubble Splash on Flame Stag, Speed Burner on Morph Moth, Silk Shot on Magna Centipede, Magnet Mine on Crystal Snail, Crystal Hunter on Overdrive Ostrich, Sonic Slicer on Wire Sponge.) There actually isn't a real boss for this stage; Sigma gives you a message after you beat the eight Mavericks, but he doesn't show up to fight you.
