After considering raiding Castle Gryphonheart for a couple paintings, I decide against it and instead go train and investing skill points in order to upgrade their skills to higher levels. I also describe the effects of Genie Lamps based on the month and day. My mic cut out for part of it when I was describing how many skill points you can get, so I'll just tell you here: October 8th through 12th you get 4 Skill Points.

Lots of buying missing spells, including finishing filling out Fire Magic on my Druid, and getting Implosion on her, too. I'm missing the Fly spell, though. I've blown through most of my money doing this, but that's fine.

Avlee comes next because there's a chest with a Golem part there, the other arm I'm missing. It's in one of four chests on the island with the obelisk, but it's also guarded by Water Elementals, which I'm very much not strong enough to kill quite yet. These more or less destroy me the first attempt to get the arm, though fortunately I have the forethought to save before trying it. Second attempt worked out since I knew where to find the arm and I got out of there as fast as possible.

Our next destination is Bracada Desert. There are actually two Golem Heads here; one of them will make the golem we build attack us every time it sees us, the other will not. We want the good head, so we will head towards that first. I'll still find the not good head to show it off as well as show the scroll that lists what regions the parts were all delivered to (almost the last thing I get, which was pretty backwards, eh?). Also since I can I pretty much clear the region of Griffins.

Next up I head back to Harmondale and decide that now is when I want to light those signal fires, because I'm so overpowered there's no reason not to. Along the way we enter and completely clear out the White Cliff Cave and loot it, then once the fires are lit we enter our castle and exit it to make the goblins spawn in the upper left corner of the map. For the most part we Meteor Shower them to death, picking off the rest with bows. This nets us some cash and a unique sword called Grognard's Cutlass. Nobody in our party uses swords, so no reason to hold on to it.

We now want to return to Barrow Downs, though this time we aren't going to the Barrows themselves but instead to the Haunted Mansion. This place is filled to the brim with undead and has a fairly high trap level, meaning I needed to invest a little more in Disarm Trap to safely open everything here. The Turn Undead spell is doing overtime here. We also find the Angel Portrait, one of the three paintings I previously mentioned.

Once done in the mansion, we head to the upper levels of the Barrow Downs to locate a chest. In a chest. We fight off Ghosts, Gogs, and Gargoyles on our way to it. Finally, we can clear our inventory of Golem Parts by speaking with the Golem NPC in our party and handing each of the pieces to it. With this done, we enter Stone City, clear out our inventory, then make our way to the lower level, ending this episode in front of the door leading to the Nighon Tunnels.
