Continuing on from the previous part, Ada wakes up to find that she has been tied up by Saddler.
Luckily for her, Leon shows up to take down Saddler.
With Saddler no longer being able to control him due to the parasite having been removed, Leon cuts down Ada before finally battling Saddler.
So seeing as Leon is the one who fights Saddler, what do we do during all of this as Ada?
Well we have to get to the rocket launcher so we can throw it down for Leon to use against Saddler.
There is a catch to this, of course!
For whatever reason, the scaffolding that we have to get around is, not only filled with many enemies, but also filled with explosives on a timer! (I don't remember that from the main scenario!)
So we have to get to the rocket launcher on a strict time limit! (I hate time limits in video games!)
And so after fighting my way through a bunch of enemies, I eventually get to the rocket launcher before the timer runs out.
With Ada throwing it down to Leon, Leon finishes off Saddler with the rocket launcher.
And much like the previous scene, the same scene from the main scenario plays out where Ada takes the las plagas sample that Saddler had on hand.
But seeing as this is from Ada's perspective, we do get a extra scene once she gets on her escape helicopter! (Sort of!)
And how does that play out? Well she puts the sample into a case and looks at the sun rising.
And that's pretty much how the separate ways scenario ends! (How anticlimactic!)
While the ending itself adds nothing to the story that we hadn't already seen in the main scenario, we do at least unlock one more of Ada's end of chapter monologues. (Not sure why it didn't play at the end of the credits!)
The main thing to take away from this is that the sample that she sent to Wesker wasn't the real sample that she obtained! (How sneaky of her!)
She also wonders what Wesker has planned next, and how this is just the beginning.
And so with Ada's separate ways scenario, this lp is pretty much completed!
But with that being said, there will be a few bonus parts for this lp where I play through the other two extra modes!
Speaking of which, I do very briefly play the other two extra modes in this part! (I play through all of assignment Ada and all of the mercinaries mode maps in the bonus parts.)
So with the after lp talk wrapping this lp up, I'd just like to say that I hope you enjoyed this blind lp of resident evil 4!
