In this episode we hurry back to Prompt to repair our various spellcasting items, then immediately rush to the Tower of the Ancients, where King Kusuko sent Alef and Torasu to stop Darksol. Upon arrival, we find a powerful new cursed weapon, and the Turbo Pepper, an item we use to permanently increase Musashi's mobility. With these upgrades in tow, we head deeper into the tower to confront the defending force of monsters. Smashing through them with ease, we climb higher and find Alef and Torasu, who encourage us to continue on to try and succeed where they failed. At the tower's pinnacle, we confront Darksol, who tries to raise Dark Dragon right then and there, but is interrupted by Kane. Kane attacks, but Darksol proves too strong, and kills him before our very eyes. With his dying breath Kane tells us to travel to Metapha. With no time to lose, we make our way back to Prompt in the hopes that the Shining Path there has been repaired.
