Let's Play The Elder Scrolls Arena Blind - Part 26 - Three Floors of Rehash
0We continue onto floor 2 of the Temple of Agamanus. Wandering around, we discover that this turns out to be the first three floor dungeon we have seen. Of course the most uninteresting dungeon would have more floors.
This part is pretty dull, there just isn't much of interest that we haven't already seen before. I was never that big on Stonekeep, so bringing back that theme just makes it pretty disinteresting. My main goal is to kill a bunch of stuff to get XP and pick up more vendor trash to get even more gold that I have no idea what to do with.
The third floor revolves around a lot of flooded areas and few places to rest, resulting in our Stamina being pushed to the limit, it is good that I am focusing on increasing Endurance. We also seem pretty weak against magic casters, I pretty much die instantly if a Hellhound fires at me. This makes it pretty disastrous when swimming, which means that I end up spending a lot of time trying to get the Hellhounds to kill each other instead of me.
We also find an Elven and later a Mithril Longsword, both turn out to be incredibly useful because I don't want to use my magical swords. Like the Fortress of Ice, I end up finding a ridiculous amount of good stuff and have to deal with the problem of figuring out what valuable stuff I want to keep. This is torture for someone like me, who wants to sell it all!
The best stuff we find in this part are a series of +25 stat amulets, that is an absolutely amazing booster for the right stat. Intelligence is pretty useless and Personality is a dump stat, but I end up using the Luck one to boost my Luck to 100. Not sure what that accomplished, possibly now I find better pieces of treasure, but in any event it is a stat that is increased that does something.
The most important thing that happens in this part is the retrieval of the Tablet behind the riddle door on floor three. The riddle turns out to be one of the easiest yet for me, while I end up having to explore a few more areas since I did not wish to waste my stamina returning to explore.
After checking out a few more areas and dealing with even more loot sacrifices, I map out the entirety of the dungeon, meaning we have yet to reach a dungeon that I haven't fully explored (at least that which I know can be explored). This video ends with me finishing up exploration and starting my return back to Corinth.
